Your essay is well organized.
Good job discussing the argument's faulty assumptions.
Explain how the argument's reasoning could be improved.
Your key points need further analysis and detail to be convincing.
Leave a little time to proofread.

The argument that hire the most experienced journalist and gradually fire our younger, less experienced reporters omits some very important considerations that are necessary to get a full 360-degree view of the described scenario. The argument does not provide substantive evidence to be able to prove or even support the main conclusion from the given premises.

First, the argument readily assumes that quality of reporting and writing lacked in the younger, less experienced journalists. At the first we have to check whether the survey is done genuinely taken from customers. In further we check whether quality of report was taken when small mistakes might have been done by younger journalists. So recognizing the result on a single survey doesn't make decision to fire younger reporters. So the average of two to three surveys should be taken into account. For example if you remove your slave for not preparing the tea well on that day its sound odd, you should excuse her and give a chance. If this mistake repeats again then you should take necessary action.

Second, the argument claims that subscriber base grown by 13%, but they also rated higher on both reporting and writing .The subscriber base was grown it by 13% because it might be possible that other all subscribers were worst in reporting. Reporting and writing might be rated high because other all other may have worse than them.

Lastly, the argument fails to account for the fact that to increase our readership, we should hire the most experienced journalists and gradually fire our younger, less experienced reporters. Now we came to know, not to take any decisions especially on firing the young reporters without analyzing completely because younger brains have better ideas, inventiveness than experienced ones.

In summary, the argument is extremely flawed because of the above-mentioned reasons and hence comes across as weak and unconvincing to the reader. If the author had mentioned all the relevant facts that are essential to objectively assess the situation under consideration, the argument would have been much stronger. Without this information, the argument remains unsubstantiated and open to debate."

I disagree with the statement that the true test of the greatness of work of art is by its ability to be understood by masses as it is completely impractical and has a major flaw in it. The appropriate greatness of any art can be tested only by someone who knows about the art and has the ability to understand it and not by the general public.

There are many examples in history which tell us about the same from the modern art by painter M. F. Hussain to the great lyricist and singer Michael Jackson.

Let us consider the example of the legendary artisan and painter Mr. M. F. Hussain who hails from India. He was an absolute exemplary painter of the modern art who was criticized at large for his painting as they were not understood by the general populace but through his perseverance and dedication towards his art form, he was recognized for his work and was felicitated for the same. His art form is so convoluted that it is very difficult of someone who doesn't understand about painting to get through to the meaning hidden beneath them. Yet his work of art is still seen as one of the best modern arts of today.

Another most common form art that reaches the masses and highly vouched for centuries is music. The great Michael Jackson who considered as the God of pop music and dance form was severely criticized by the public as well as the critics of his time for making music which they considered nothing but the cacophony from the musical instruments achieved immeasurable heights through his self invented lyrics, music and dance that was greatly appreciated by the musicians of his time and ultimately reached to hearts of youth which made him a youth icon.

Considering the above examples I strongly disagree with authors point of view towards the true test of any work of art as being able to be understood by masses. On the contrary it the artists who understand and appreciate the art.
